Wassim Mouladad is alleged to have uttered the threats repeatedly on Thursday and police have issued a warrant for his arrest.
The Roussillon regional police force has turned to the public for help in finding a man suspected of uttering death threats this week toward his ex-wife and his family.
The Rousillon force, which serves several South Shore municipalities including Candiac, Delson, and La Prairie, alleges that 24-year-old Wassim Mouladad uttered the threats repeatedly on Thursday and have issued a warrant for his arrest.
Mouladad stands five-feet-eight-inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. He has short brown hair, and brown eyes as well as a red and black tattoo on his right elbow.
Investigators believe he may be found in the Montreal borough of Pierrefonds.
Anyone who sees him is urged to immediately call 911. Anyone with any information that could further the investigation is urged to call Roussillon police at 450-638-0911 ex. 600.
